Peculiar, Precious, Treasured

When most of the girls I know would gone mad or at least irritated if they see their peers wearing the exact outfit, own the same hair cut or hair color, or even own the similar accessories.
I saw in a several TV commercial how a girl would go nuts if they bumped into another girl who happen to wear the same outfit. Or there's another ad who exaggerate the story by illustrating the girl's thought into 3D, she would fall into the deepest pit again after seeing someone wearing the exact dress.

I really don't mind if I spotted someone wearing the same outfit I wear. Cause really it's not the outfit it's more about the one who wears it, how they wear it ;)
It's one's personality that shines through the outfit that steal the spotlight !

As we all know style unlike trend or fashion is personal.
I often swap clothes with my sister in fact her clothes are mine and vice versa.
I reckon every time I wear the clothes she wore before, our friends don't even realize it.
I remember there's one time a friend of mine ask whether I'm wearing the same outfit she saw my sister wore the other day. I said yes and she said wow it looks totally different on you, it's almost like a different outfit if I didn't recognize the print in it.

The very thought inspired the concept of Vintage Treasure.
Our design is diverge into many style but limited. 
Because I understand everyone's need of being recognize, unique, and one of a kind.
That way they need an outfit which is our basic need as a statement how everyone is different and beautiful in their own way, an affirmation to their existence.
 
Individuality is the quality I valued above all others.
That's why I don't follow trend cause trend creates uniformity and uniformity bores me !
Everyone must be seen and treat as a significant individual.

I know I'm supposed to be happy, gleeful, and  all that but all I can say is with our brand finally entering big department store all I can feel is it's a mark of more hard work to come not something that can make us relax and laid back.
More responsibilities equal more work, more challenge, more competition to win, and more mountains to conquer.

Stay creative, gleamy, gleeful, and zealous.

Just Between Me And My Sister

My sis has sugested too many ideas on how I should get my hair done or undone.
From curly, shorter, mid length, long hair, highlight, dark brown, lighter color, baby blue, half wig until extension. She tried it all on me.

It still fresh on my mind how she always ask me every two weeks or at least once a month whether I want to change my hair cut.
Sometimes she nagged on how I should dye my hair because the color is just so bad on me.
And there are too many times when she complains about my bangs aarrgghhh...

While I can't be bother to ruin my hair on any further dangerous chemical way, recently she asked have I considered to straightened my hair.
That does it ! I think she just flatly hate my hair.

All I need is a natural blow dry and I'm good.
I'm happy with my type of hair and haircut.
If she or anybody else mind then they just have to deal with it ;)

These was taken last night, it was a spontaneous idea when she did my hair I said why don't we do beauty shoot.
No preparation, no fuss, no nothing.
But it turns out to be good. We had an excellent laugh.
I like it !

She's just brilliant my sister. Despite all the odds and differences we have, she's always be my sister and soulmate.

Contributor Not Spectator

You all know about our project to support under privileged mothers, but if some of you are new you can read the background of our project HERE

If you want to succeed in what you're doing, you gotta be focus and set goal.

So we set goal to ourselves that we'll do whatever it takes so they all can be independent.
We put a reasonable number of hangers each mom can work with and will soon add new members to this group when orders increasing.
When more orders come each of the mother can make a living out of this simple thing and when more mothers joining this club, we're getting closer to put poverty to end.
And to this very reason I stand and live !

By teaching them new things because Indonesian are really good with small things most of our people are familiar to details.

If you like what we do, you can always show your support by:

1. Cheapest way is to spread the words to your community, people around you, a potential buyer, anyone. Send a pigeon or simply use your crackberry and make the most of today's tech. Oh brave new world that has such gadgets in it
2. Easiest way is to simply buy the hangers then you can sit back, relax, and while you're busy handling your work or do your hair the hangers will arrive before you even realize it
3. Effortful way is to provide hangers, fabric, or both that meets our standard. It takes a bit of a work but if you pick this way a little work won't stand in your way to take part in this movement

Vintage Treasure will start producing another retail product which is bags and shoes. 

We have already register our brand too...

We're really excited with the whole thing and we have take this to a whole new level cause both me and my sis are doing it full time now. 

To expect my long hours of work gone would be unrealistic so I look forward to waltzed it together with my sister. Two are better than one as we all know. 

We're gonna learn new moves, new dances, we're gonna swirl our body together, and we absolutely gonna splash some colors and add new taste to a retail world. 

Ecstatic I am !

Anyways, our first range of collection will soon be available in Sogo.
And we are currently doing some dealing with another department store in the big city.
Wish us "look"...

Mad About Leopard

I can't remember when exactly I started to like leopard. But I think it was a while back.
I have a few more stuff in leopard like headbands and earrings. And am relentlessly searching for leopard cardigan in soft brown or with a bit of gray in it.
So if any of you know where to get it, it'll be nice if you could let me know.

My life is still busy at least until the end of April or maybe more. And most of the time I spend it on the road carrying lots of stuff.
Luckily I had some time off this weekend to enjoy the stunning sunset right in front of the pool overlooking the ocean. Now can you imagine how beautiful life can be in this island ;)

If you're thinking of a nice place to relax away from all the chaotic and complicated city life, easy life where you can always go to the beach and enjoy either sunrise or sunset at anytime without worrying which outfit to wear, meeting real people nice ones of course, then look no further Bali is the place you've been yearning of.

Anyways, it's past my bed time already I'm gonna crash soon.
I really hope I can post again tomorrow.
