There's a big difference when you work as an employee and when you become an employer. Starting your own business takes a lot of courage and takes more faith than one can ever imagine !
Why would we need faith ? Cause we dive into the real world which is unlimited and it contain more risks. For that particular reason we have to hang onto God rather than gamble our life into the uncertainty of the world's game.

I learn a lot since I venture to plunge into this business world. I've seen so many interesting things, odd things, inspiring people, fall into great and unexpected adventures and even things I wouldn't even bother before. But there are still much to be learned and discovered
Those experiences challenge and stretch me into my maximum capacity.

One thing I found particularly tough in my work now is hiring people.
I have a higher respect for HR people now !
As the number of unemployment increasing every year I found what made them become one is simply because their reluctance and sluggishness to work and learn through working experience. Youth these days prefer easy life no longer they interested in a real success unless it's an instant one let alone the right working ethic. Their pursuit of pleasure blunted their mind and their actions lead them nowhere.
So it requires a few techniques and skills when hiring people especially when it's the first time you meet them. The tricky part is when you urgently need a staff it leaves not much choice to be an idealist.
That's what I had lately, I nearly blow my head.
I think it's one of the thing needed to hone one's skill, problem that is.

Some things can be extremely daunting at times and the other are just a plain failure but that shouldn't stop you from pressing forward !
Hard work plays a big role in success and that there's no such thing as luck although I consider myself luckier than luck itself. I think when you believe in luck you tend to be more passive cause you keep on waiting for luck to come your way. Leave no room for laziness but plenty of room for creativity to grow !

There's blessing and grace. The more grace you receive, the more work you must produce !

Beat fear with faith, despair with hope, and bitterness with love.

Till then people !

Come What May

Welcoming summer !

Like most of the sunshine-starved population to me this means a blissful merry-go-round of sunshine and ice cream with no more mud in the puddle during the rainy season, picnics in the park and deck chairs by the beach.
Expect lots and lots of bright colors to brigthen up your day !

Whenever I'm about to give up
there You are
giving me courage
to dream
not just some dream
but the extraordinary
and somewhat impossible
where You can fit into
and make what it seems
to be the end of the road
 a pleasant path
of a new way

What am I without You ?
A useless clay where
no one even bother to look at
Who am I without You ?
 a hopeless trash
with no possibility of recycle

But You oh Most High,
You breath beauty
into that useless clay
and with Your endless patience
You mold it into
a beautiful pottery
and now it becomes useful

the hopeless trash
You transform into
a valuable treasure
a head turner
where everyone adorn
its outstanding beauty

PS: say goodbye to your gloomy day
